June 15, 2025 - OAKLAND, Calif. - The Golden State Valkyries announced today the signing of forward Chloe Bibby and guard Kaitlyn Chen, who are set to join the team for its upcoming game against the Dallas Wings at 7:00 p.m. on June 17 in Dallas. Bibby will wear No. 55, and Chen will wear No. 2 for the Valkyries.
Bibby averaged 5.0 points, 1.5 rebounds, and a 37.5 field goal percentage in two preseason contests for Golden State this season. The 6'2" forward played collegiately at Mississippi State and Maryland, tallying over 1,300 points... Full Story
June 14, 2025 - The Golden State Valkyries led by as many as 22 points in their 76-70 Commissioner's Cup victory over the Seattle Storm at Chase Center on Saturday. With the win, the Valkyries became the fastest expansion team to five wins in WNBA history, surpassing the win total of the most recent expansion team for an entire season. They extended their winning streak to three games, the longest winning streak in franchise history and snapped the Storm's three-game win streak. June 13, 2025 - The Golden State Valkyries announced their inaugural Juneteenth Weekend celebration, taking place across two home games: Thursday, June 19th when the team hosts Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, June 22 against Marina Mabrey and the Connecticut Sun at 5:30 p.m.

June 12, 2025 - The Golden State Valkyries look to ride their momentum through the final group play game of the Commissioner's Cup when they host the Seattle Storm at Chase Center on Saturday. The Valkyries tied their longest winning streak in franchise history with a 27-point win over the Las Vegas Aces on Saturday and an overtime win over the Los Angeles Sparks on Monday. The Storm are also heading into Saturday's game on a winning streak, having racked up three straight wins.
