ZEBULON, NC - The Atlanta Braves announced today several player transactions including four affecting the Carolina Mudcats active roster. The moves included the transfer of outfielder Connor Oliver from Carolina to Class A Rome, the transfer of RHP Mike Nesseth to Double A Mississippi from Carolina, the transfer of RHP Jorge Zavala to Carolina from Rome and the transfer of RHP Cole Brocker from Danville to Carolina.

In summary:

5/27 - OF Connor Oliver transferred from Carolina to Rome

5/27 - RHP Mike Nesseth transferred from Carolina to Mississippi

5/27 - RHP Cole Brocker transferred from Danville to Carolina

5/27 - RHP Jorge Zavala transferred from Rome to Carolina

Zavala will wear jersey number 32 and Brocker will wear jersey number 45.

The Mudcats roster is currently at 25 active players with six on the disabled list.

The Carolina Mudcats are the Class A Advanced affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. The 2015 "Braves New World" season is the first for the Mudcats as an affiliate of the Atlanta Braves and their fourth straight in the historic Carolina League. First established in 1991, the Carolina Mudcats are in their 25th straight season of baseball at Five County Stadium in Zebulon, N.C.
