Reading, Pa. - The Las Vegas Wranglers dropped a 4-2 contest to the Eastern Conference-leading Reading Royals tonight after falling behind in a three-goal second period.

Reading came out strong in the second with forward David Marshall regaining the one-goal lead for the Royals just 4:36 minutes in. Royals defenseman Adam Comrie followed up with a power play goal, and Marshall tallied his second of the night to put the Wranglers down 4-1. With one second left in the period, Godfrey recorded his second goal of the night to make it a 4-2 game, but a scoreless third period left the Royals with the two-goal advantage and the win.
