
Worcester Sharks Summer Days Concludes at KidsFest

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced today that the Worcester Sharks Summer Days presented by Irving Oil will attend the 19th annual Wachusett Mountain KidsFest on September 26th and 27th.
The popular SharkHead Shootout will be available all day on Saturday and Sunday at KidsFest and FINZ will be making a special appearance on both days. KidsFest is a two-day family oriented event filled with music, activities, food, and fun!
The Worcester Sharks remained extremely active during the offseason with over 100 community appearances throughout Central Massachusetts. Worcester Sharks Summer Days presented by Irving Oil included player and mascot appearances, Sharks Street Brigades, and SharkHead Shootouts.
"The Sharks would once again like to thank Irving Oil for their terrific partnership this summer in the central Massachusetts community," said Lehr. "Summer Days was a tremendous success and we look forward to getting more kids involved in hockey this fall and winter."
The Worcester Sharks Summer Days presented by Irving Oil officially kicked-off on Friday, May 29th, as the Sharks Street Brigade made a visit to the Staples Founders Day at the Staples Headquarters in Framingham, MA.
