Worcester Sharks Host Heroes Night Presented by Ecotarium

WORCESTER, MA- Worcester Sharks President Michael A. Mudd has announced the festivities surrounding Heroes Night presented by Ecotarium - A benefit for the Jon Davies Children's Fund, on Friday, March 16 at 7:30pm when the Sharks host the Providence Bruins at 7:30pm.

Join us for the Guns 'N Hoses game between the Worcester Police and Fire Departments vs. the Watertown, Connecticut Fire Department at 5p.m. The Sharks will honor local heroes throughout the game and host a U.S. Army enlistment / re-enlistment ceremony on the ice after the game.

Doors open at 4:30pm. Tickets are just $15 in advance, with $5 going directly to the Jon Davies Children's Fund. Click HERE for ticket information. One ticket allows admission to both the Guns 'N Hoses game and the Worcester Sharks game! Explore a city of Worcester Fire Truck and ambulance on the Plaza before the game! The Worcester Fire Department will be hosting a fundraiser and selling t-shirts to benefit the Jon Davies Children's Fund.

Also on Friday, employers from across the Commonwealth will gather at Worcester's DCU Center from 1p.m. - 5p.m. to meet with hundreds of job seekers looking for their next career opportunity. Admission to the job fair is FREE and job seekers from across the Commonwealth are welcome. The fair will feature employers from across the Commonwealth with over 2,000 job opportunities in healthcare, bioresearch, education, software engineering, manufacturing, construction, retail, and more.
