Worcester Sharks Host Fan Appreciation Night at DCU Center

WORCESTER, MA- Worcester Sharks President Michael A. Mudd announced today the activities planned around the final three regular season home games this season at the DCU Center including Fan Appreciation Night presented by Southbridge Savings Bank on Saturday, April 13 at 7pm when the Sharks host the Norfolk Admirals.
On Friday, April 12th the Sharks host the Norfolk Admirals at 7:30pm on a $2-$2-$2 Friday night with select hot dogs, popcorn, and soda for just $2! The game will be shown live on Charter TV3.
On Saturday, April 13th the Sharks host the Norfolk Admirals at 7pm on Fan Appreciation Night presented by Southbridge Savings Bank! Doors open at 4:30pm for the Boston Bruins Alumni Game to benefit the Why Me organization! Watch Rick Middleton, Reggie Lemelin, Bob Sweeney and several other Boston Bruins alumni take the ice! The WXLO street team will be in the lobby and fans can enter to win prizes throughout the game!
Before the game, the Sharks will announce their team awards which include Team MVP, Rookie of the Year, and the 7th Player Award. Welcome the annual Parade of Champions as youth hockey teams throughout central Massachusetts will take to the ice and be recognized for a terrific season. Throughout the game, the Sharks will be hosting a game worn jersey auction, with the winners receiving the jerseys right of the back of the players during a post game ceremony!
Three lucky fans will have an opportunity to win a 2013 Honda Accord courtesy of Lundgren Honda of Auburn during a SHOOT to WIN contest during the 2nd intermission!
On Wednesday, April 17th the Sharks host the Springfield Falcons at 7pm on school vacation week for the final regular season home game of the season! It will be a $2-$2-$2 Wednesday night with select hot dogs, popcorn, and soda for just $2!
In addition, any fans that purchase a ticket for the games on the 13th or 17th will gain free admission to a Worcester Sharks team practice on Tuesday, April 16 from 10:30am-12pm at the DCU Center. Fans must have ticket stub from the 13th or 17th and enter through the DCU Center Lobby.
