--J.P. VIGIER: Posted five points (G, 4A) in four games last week, including
back-to-back two-point games on Wednesday and Friday ... Paces the Wolves

nine-game span  and his first point since Jan. 11 ... Ranks fourth on the

--TOMMI SANTALA: Posted a point in each of his last two games ... Tallied a
goal on Saturday, his first since Dec. 5 ... Registered 13 assists and 17
points in 31 games
WOLF TRACKS
--The Wolves snapped a three-game losing streak on Sunday.
--Chicago held Cincinnati to just two goals on Sunday after allowing six in
each of its previous three.
--The Wolves were held without a power-play goal on Sunday for just the
fourth time in 24 games; the team ranks eighth in the league with the man
advantage at 17.6 percent (46 of 261).
--Chicago will play each of its next three games on the road; the team is
currently on a season-high four-game road losing streak.
--The Wolves have surrendered an AHL-high 50 power-play goals; Chicago
shares sixth in the league with six shorties.
THE 600 CLUB
Left wing Steve Maltais recorded his 600th professional goal with a power-play tally last Wednesday. Maltais, who has tallied 449 regular-season markers with the Wolves, has registered nine goals in the NHL, 208 in the AHL and 383 in the IHL.
NOTABLE
On Tue., Feb. 1, Wolves defenseman Paul Flache will visit the River Grove Public Library, 8638 W. Grand Ave., at 4:30 p.m., and the Elmwood Park Public Library, 1 Conti Parkway, at 6:30 p.m., as part of the team's "Read to Succeed" program, which has reached nearly 350,000 children in ten seasons.
