Wolves Sign Combs

The Chicago Wolves have signed right wing JACK COMBS to a Professional Tryout Contract (PTO).
COMBS ranks first on the Central Hockey League's Tulsa Oilers with 29 goals, 34 assists and 63 points in 49 games this season. His 29 markers are tied for third in the CHL, while his 63 points share sixth.
The 23-year-old forward made his American Hockey League debut in three games with the Peoria Rivermen last season, recording one assist. He also appeared in 60 ECHL outings with the Alaska Aces and Trenton Devils notching 24 goals and 43 points.
Prior to turning pro, the St. Louis, Mo., native recorded 96 goals, 139 assists and 235 points in 298 career Ontario Hockey League outings with the Saginaw Spirit (2005-09) and Kitchener Rangers (2004-05).
COMBS will join the Wolves when they take on the Houston Aeros at the Toyota Center at 11 a.m.
