Penguins fans, we hope you purchased your tickets for next Saturday's game already (February 26), because the contest against the Norfolk Admirals is SOLD OUT!

Saturday's game is alsoour annual SALUTE THE TROOPS night. The Penguins will be wearing special uniforms to show support for our military members at home and abroad. Fans will be able to bid on these sweaters during the game at the Penguins Jersey Auction stand behind section 108 on the concourse.

A special Camo Puck sale will also be going on during the game. Penguins players have signed 1,000 pucks, which will be wrapped and individually sold during the game. Fans won't know which autograph they will receive until they open their pucks, which cost just $10 apiece. If you receive a puck with a signature on the back, you also receive a game-used stick, signed by the player on your puck.

Proceeds from the silent auction and puck sale will benefit the Penguins Charity Fund.

Good seats still remain for the game against the Springfield Falcons on Sunday, February 27 at 3:05pm. Get yours by calling 570-208-PENS.

CARE PACKAGE COLLECTION NEXT SATURDAY

The Penguins are asking for our fans' support in helping to make our troops overseas more comfortable.

Prior to the game against the Norfolk Admirals next Saturday, the Penguins and the Tobyhanna Army Depot will be holding a Care Package Collection at the East Gate of the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza.

Fans are encouraged to put together care packages or donate items which will be sent to currently deployed military members through Operation Touch Of Home ( www.operationtouchofhome.org), a Monroe County based non-profit organization.

Essential and comfort items from the following list are especially needed:

- Small Travel Kits, Including Body Lotion, Shampoo, Deodorant, Toothpaste & Toothbrush, Lens Cleaning Towelette, Comb, Shave Cream

- Small Medical/First Aid Kits, Including 2 Caplet Packs of Advil, Imodium, Pepcid, etc

- Sunscreen (SPF30)

- Powdered Drink Mix- (such as Gatorade or Powerade)

- Peanuts

- Beef Jerky

- Candy/Snacks That Won't Melt (Trail Mix, Raisins, Gum)

- Ink Pens

- Light Reading Books ( Reader's Digest, Cross word books, etc)

- Disposable Razors

- Pre-Moistened Towels

- Q-tips

- Travel Size Tissues

- Socks

- Sunglasses

- Ear Plugs

The Tobyhanna Army Depot will also have information displays throughout the arena concourse during the game, and will have several military vehicles on display outside prior to game time.

SKATE WITH TUX THIS WEEKEND

Everyone's favorite flightless bird will be taking to the ice this weekend, and he wants YOU to join him.

Tux will be skating at the Ice Rink at Coal Street during the following public skating sessions:

Saturday, February 19 from 1-3pm (Tux on the ice from 1-2)

Sunday, February 20 from 1-3pm (Tux on the ice from 1-2)

Monday, February 21 from 1-3pm (Tux on the ice from 1-2)

SPRING PROGRAMS AT THE ICE RINK AT COAL STREET

The Ice Rink at Coal Street is now accepting registrations for its Spring Programs, including Learn To Skate, Learn To Play Hockey, In-House Hockey Leagues, and much more.

The Ice Rink at Coal Street also has great birthday party packages, public skating sessions and freestyle skating times. Plus all Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins practices held at the rink are free and open to the public!
