Wolves Mourn Loss of Dear Friend

The Burgess & Edwards Families along with the entire Sudbury Wolves organization are saddened by the loss of long-time former Office Manager, Eunice Watson, who lost her short battle with cancer on February 3rd at Health Sciences North.

Mrs. Watson worked for the Sudbury Wolves for 25 years commencing in the 1970s. Mrs. Watson will long be remembered for her hardwork and dedication to the Sudbury Wolves organization and the community of Sudbury. Mrs Watson developed a lifelong friendship with Wolves' Joan Burgess, and together, they volunteered countless hours to the Sudbury Food Bank over the past several years.

Mrs. Watson will always be remembered by former players and players' families that knew her, and for her unique ability to welcome new players and their families to the Sudbury Wolves. Mrs Watson was revered and appreciated by all that knew her. The Sudbury Wolves and all fans attending the Wolves home game on Friday, February 12th will observe a moment of silence in memory of Mrs. Eunice Watson.
