March 4, 2008 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Chicago Wolves News Release

The Chicago Wolves will recognize former star SCOTT PEARSON, a member of the 1998 and 2000 Turner Cup Champion squads, at the team's game against the Quad City Flames at the Allstate Arena on Sat., March 8 at 7 p.m. PEARSON will drop the ceremonial first puck and sign autographs in the East Lobby during the first intermission as part of the ongoing celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the Wolves first championship.

The former left wing set a franchise record - which still stands - when he netted 12 postseason goals to help the Wolves to the 1998 Turner Cup title. He ranks fifth all-time in postseason scoring for Chicago, contributing 21 goals and 33 points in 46 Turner Cup Playoff outings to help the Wolves capture the league championship twice during his time with the team.

The Cornwall, Ontario, native ranks seventh on Chicago's all-time goal-scoring list with 76 markers and fourth all-time with 503 penalty minutes in 217 regular-season games during his three-year stint as a member of the Wolves (1997 to 2000).
