Sudbury Wolves News Release

(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury Wolves announce that they have traded defenceman Zack Malik to the North Bay Battalion in exchange for North Bay's 5th Round draft pick in 2021.

"We would like to thank Zack for all of his contributions to the Sudbury Wolves," said Sudbury Wolves VP Hockey Operations and General Manager Rob Papineau. "He is not only a good hockey player, he is a great person from a great family and we wish him continued success."

After missing most of the first half of the season due to recovery from off-season surgery, Malik notched 3 points in 11 games and was a +4.

The Wolves are back on home ice this Friday night when they host their Central division rivals, the Mississauga Steelheads at 7:05pm. Great seats are still available on-line at greatersudbury.ca/tickets.
