BOISE, Idaho - Luke Babbitt had 24 points and 11 rebounds, Jermareo Davidson had 16 points and 12 rebounds and Cedric Jackson had 15 points and 12 assists, but it wasn't enough as the Dakota Wizards (17-28) beat the Idaho Stampede (19-25) 112-108 at Qwest Arena on Saturday night. Sean Banks added 17 off the bench for the Stampede, who lost a closely contested battle with neither team leading by more than nine.
Anthony Goods had a game-high 30 points (5-10 3FG), Renaldo Major had 18 points and 10 rebounds and Javaris Crittenton nearly had a triple-double off the bench with 11 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists. Mike Anderson had 22 points, nine rebounds and three blocks, as well.
The Wizards took the lead with a 26-17 second quarter and the Stampede never took the lead back after the third quarter, getting to within two points with 11.6 second left.
Tony Bobbitt added 16, making 4-of-10 three-pointers. Idaho finished 12-of-25 (48.0 percent) from behind the three-point line, but committed 16 turnovers that led to 20 Wizards points.
Idaho leaves to play Rio Grande Valley on Monday, March 21 at 6 p.m.
