Winterhawks and adidas Announce New Alternate Crest and Third Jersey

On February 21, 2020 The Portland Winterhawks announced a partnership with Adidas in the creation of a new alternate crest and third jersey.

This third jersey features an alternate crest designed by the Adidas National Hockey League (NHL) Design group that created the Vegas Golden Knights logos and jerseys. The crest will be unveiled at tonight's game at the Winterhawks Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) table at entry BB.

The jerseys will be worn on March 7th and 8th against the Victoria Royals. These jerseys are a part of WAHA "Jersey of their Backs" raffle on Sunday, March 22nd at the Moda Center. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for the chance to win a game-worn, autographed Winterhawks jersey, prestened on the March 22nd home game.

Portland is the only Western Hockey League (WHL) and Canadian Hockey League (CHL) team with jerseys and logos designed by the NHL group.
