Winnipeg ICE Announce Special Olympics Manitoba Night on Wednesday December 8th with Support from 24-7 Intouch

Winnipeg, MB - The Winnipeg ICE will dedicate the game on Wednesday, December 8th at 7:00 pm. The ICE hosts the Edmonton Oil Kings at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena, located on the University of Manitoba campus. 24-7 Intouch is a premium supporter for the Special Olympics Manitoba game day event.

Special Olympics is the largest organization in Canada to provide grassroots sport programs and competition opportunities, from the local level to the world level, for people with intellectual disabilities.

"We have programs for children, youth and adults and we provide an introduction to sport and physical activity, programs that offer daily training and local competition, and the opportunity to participate in high performance competition" - Jennifer Campbell, Special Olympics MB CEO.

The Winnipeg ICE is encouraging ICE fans to purchase their tickets using the special promo code SOM. In addition, the Winnipeg ICE will donate a portion of proceeds from every ticket purchased using the promo code SOM to Special Olympics Manitoba

Single-game tickets are available for Wednesday and Saturday.
