
Windy City Bulls Lose to Delaware Blue Coats at Home

The Windy City Bulls, presented by BMO, the NBA G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls, lost to the Delaware Blue Coats 120-108 Saturday night. Windy City was led by Chicago Bulls Two-way forward Adama Sanogo with 23 points and nine rebounds.
Guard Quenton Jackson finished with 19 points, six rebounds and eight assists. Chicago Bulls Two-way forward Henri Drell chipped in 17 points on 7-for-12 shooting from the field.
Both teams scored 32 points in the first quarter after shooting over 50 percent from the field. Guard Chris Clemons led Windy City with 13 points in the first half, however, Delaware took a one-point lead heading into the second half.
The Blue Coats came out of halftime hot, taking a 86-76 lead at the end of the third quarter. Delaware maintained control in the second half, despite Windy City shooting 63.6 percent from the field in the fourth quarter.
Delaware was led by Philadelphia 76ers Two-way guard Ricky Council IV with 34 points, four rebounds and six assists. Forward Darius Bazley finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
With the loss, Windy City fell to 1-6 in the regular season, while Delaware improved to 5-2.
Next up, Windy City will face the Delaware Blue Coats again on Monday, January 15 at NOW Arena. The game is slated to tip-off at 11:00 a.m. CT and will be broadcasted live on NBC Sports Chicago.
