
Williams fills 25-man roster

With the recent promotion of infielder Ramon Santana and leaving the Snappers with 24 players on the 25-man roster infielder Reggie Williams has been sent to Beloit from Elizabethton to complete the Snappers roster.
Williams who was the Minnesota Twins fourth round selection in the 2007 First Year Player Draft out of Bellflower High School will join the Snappers for their final three games of the 2009 season.
In 2009 with Elizabethton Williams had 19 extra base hits with seven of them being home runs in 43 games. He also drove in 25 RBI's and walked 13 times.
Williams will be in uniform tonight and will wear number 18 as the Snappers take on the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers with first pitch starting at 7:00pm.
