
Westchester's Gani Lawal Suspended

NEW YORK - The NBA Development League today announced that Westchester Knicks forward Gani Lawal has been suspended one game without pay for making contact with a game official during Westchester's Jan. 16 game at the Raptors 905.
The incident, for which Lawal was ejected, occurred with 2:49 remaining in the third period of Westchester's 107-94 loss to the Raptors 905 at the Hershey Centre.
Lawal will serve his suspension tomorrow when the team faces the Delaware 87ers at the Bob Carpenter Center in Newark, Delaware.
