Fort Myers Mighty Mussels News Release
DUNEDIN, Fla. - Wednesday's game between the Mighty Mussels and Dunedin Blue Jays was suspended in the top of the fourth inning with Fort Myers leading 1-0 at TD Ballpark. Heavy thunderstorms forced the game into a rain delay before the game was suspended about 80 minutes later.
The game will be completed at 5 p.m. on Thursday, and will be followed by a seven-inning game. Coverage begins at 4:45 p.m. on the Mighty Mussels Baseball Network.
Aaron Rozek worked three shutout innings for Fort Myers (45-41), striking out four Blue Jays while allowing only one hit.
The lone Mussels run came in the top of the second, when Jesus Feliz clobbered a long home run to left.
