Moose Jaw, SK - After a difficult loss, there's nothing better than seeing the team again as soon as possible.

That's the case for the Moose Jaw Warriors when they host the Swift Current Broncos on Tuesday night.

"There's no better team to play right now than to play them again," Warriors head coach Mark O'Leary said. "To get another crack at them is important, but we have to make those adjustments and bring a little bit more in the checking department."

The Warriors dropped a 6-3 game to the Broncos at the Moose Jaw Events Centre last Friday, but rebounded with a 6-3 win of their own on Saturday in Prince Albert.

Warriors forward Martin Rysavy said there was a big difference in how the team played in those two games.

"Probably the effort we put out," he said. "We bounced back in PA and played a way better game in the structure, more effort, more tracking and just competing more and that's what we have to take and put it on another level."

Rysavy was a big part of the Warriors bounce back on Saturday in Prince Albert as he collected his first Western Hockey League hat trick and finished with four points in the victory.

He said he was happy to have the breakout game.

"I've had some ups and downs, this weekend was kind of what I needed to get more confidence and play the right way," Rysavy said.

"It was a really good feeling, so I was glad, but it was not just about my hat trick, we got the win we needed and grabbed two points and that's the main for me."

O'Leary said Rysavy's line with Atley Calvert and Ethan Semeniuk was a key part of the win.

"They were our best line on the ice all night long and Marty was a big part of that, he looked like a power forward, he was jumping quick on pucks, he was hard and heavy over top of it and he was taking pucks to the net and when he does that, he looks like a pro," he said.

With the Warriors looking avenge last Friday's loss in their final home game before a two-game road trip to Alberta on the weekend, Rysavy said the team needs to make sure it's focusing on playing a hard game against the Broncos.

"The biggest thing for our team is probably checking right now, we can score goals, we can set up a lot of good chances, we are a real good team if we play the right way," he said.

"We will be checking and doing the right things and be consistent in that for a whole 60 minutes, we'll win that hockey game."

The Warriors and Broncos meet at 7 p.m. at the Moose Jaw Events Centre.
