The Americans will faceoff against the Saskatoon Blades tonight at the Toyota Center. It's the first time since November 2019 that the Blades have visited Kennewick.

Tri-City last played the Blades in Saskatoon on November 3, 2022. The Ams fell 5-1 that night with Lukas Dragicevic scoring their lone goal in the third period. They were outshot 19 to 12, a season-low shots on goal for the Americans.

Tri-City last defeated the Blades in Saskatoon on January 7, 2017. Rylan Parenteau stopped all 25 shots faced for the Ams to earn a 2-0 shutout victory.

The Americans last played on Saturday, defeating the Giants 5-2 with an explosive four-goal second period in Langley. Lukas Dragicevic led the Americans with three assists, a season-high for the Seattle Kraken prospect.

Jake Sloan, Deagan McMillan, Drew Freer, Cash Koch, and Parker Bell scored for the Americans. Kyle Kelsey turned aside 25 of 27 shots to earn his fourth win with the Americans and first road victory.

Tonight is the first of the three games at the Toyota Center this week. The Americans will faceoff against a pair of B.C. Division rivals this weekend as the Prince George Cougars and Vancouver Giants visit the Toyota Center.
