Moose Jaw Warriors News Release
Moose Jaw, SK - Moose Jaw Warriors general manager Jason Ripplinger has announced the acquisition of 2005-born defenceman Aiden Ziprick from the Lethbridge Hurricanes.
The Warriors are sending a sixth round selection in the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft to Lethbridge in the deal.
"Adding Aiden brings us more depth and options to our backend," Ripplinger said. "Aiden does a good job moving pucks and with his skating ability, he's able to play in all situations."
Ziprick, a six-foot-one defenceman, hails from Russell, MB and two assists in two games this season for the Hurricanes.
He posted one assist in 30 games last season with Lethbridge.
Ziprick is expected to join the Warriors for this weekend's games against the Brandon Wheat Kings on Friday and Regina Pats on Saturday.
