Warhorse Games Headed to T-Bones Stadium

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The Kansas City T-Bones and War Horses for Veterans are proud to announce that the Warhorse Games are coming to T-Bones Stadium Saturday August 11th. The Warhorse games is a one-day multiple workout competition at T-Bones Stadium that features a variety of skill levels from Elite, Adaptive, RX and more.
Gates will open at 7:00 am and the first competition will begin at 8:00 am. Tickets are $10 and are available at the gate and there will be concessions and family fun activities available for the all-day event. To register for the competition, go to WWW.WARHORSEGAMESKC.COM. The proceeds from the games will go to support Warhorses for Veterans, a 501 c3 organization supporting and empowering combat veterans through horsemanship.
"The Warhorse Games are an opportunity for our organization to showcase incredible athletes from across the country, as well as right here in Kansas City. We have created a platform for adaptive athletes to compete side by side with some of the top athletes this sport has to offer. War Horses for Veterans is honored to bring an event like this to Kansas City," said Patrick Benson director and Co-Founder for War Horses for Veterans.

It showcases the versatility of T-Bones Stadium and will bring some of the finest athletes from around the nation and region to the Kansas City, Kansas area," added Chris Browne Vice President and General Manager of the Kansas City T-Bones.
The T-Bones return home Monday night August 6th at T-Bones Stadium to face the Texas Airhogs at 7:05 pm. T-Bones tickets can be purchased by visiting the Box Office at T-Bones Stadium or by calling the Box Office at 913-328-5618 or purchase and print at www.tbonesbaseball.com. Box office hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday and10:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday.
