Walleye Notes

- Past Week Performance: Toledo finished this past week with a 1-2-0-0 record. Toledo used two power play goals Friday night in a 3-2 win at home over the Chicago Express. Saturday night, Toledo erased a four-goal deficit before eventually losing 5-4 to the Reading Royals. The week finished with a 5-2 loss in Johnstown against the Wheeling Nailers.

- Packing the House! Toledo saw 8,200 fans enter the Huntington Center Saturday night against Reading. It was the fifth sell-out of the season for Toledo and the 26th in the history of the Huntington Center. Toledo is averaging 5,826 fans per game, which is the most of any team in the ECHL.

- Powering Up! The Toledo Walleye showed signs of life this past week, scoring four goals in 10 chances over the three games. The Walleye had just three power play goals in their previous 34 opportunities (nine games).

- Gametime: Toledo has three games on the slate for this week with all three against teams from the North Division. The week starts with a mid-week game in Cincinnati on Wednesday. Toledo is 2-4-0 against the Cyclones this season. Toledo will skate in a home and home with the Kalamazoo Wings starting Friday night in the Zoo. The Walleye will host the Wings Saturday night. Toledo is 2-2-2 against their rivals to the North this season. Toledo has a record of 10-9-2 this season against teams from the North Division.
