
VandenBussche Assigned for Two- Week Conditioning Stint

The Chicago Blackhawks announced that forward Ryan VandenBussche has been assisgned to the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League on a two-week conditioning stint.
In a meeting with Mike Smith earlier today, VandenBussche requested to be sent to Norfolk after missing 14 games with torn cartilage in his wrist. He had been out of the lineup for about a month missing from January 8 through February 6 with the injury.
VandenBussche has appeared in 12 games for the Blackhawks this season and has not scored while posting 44 minutes in penalties.
