Vancouver Giants Trade Eric Walker and Brendan Jensen

The Vancouver Giants have dealt defenceman Eric Walker to the Swift Current Broncos for a 8th round pick in the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft. An 18 year old from Castlegar, BC, Walker played 16 games with the Giants after leaving Northern Michigan University. He had 2 assists, 18 penalty minutes, and was even on the season.

The Giants also traded goaltender Brendan Jensen to the Portland Winterhawks for a 6th round pick in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft. The 18 year old was 2-2-0-0 with 5.00 goals against average and a save percentage of .823 in 4 games this season with the Giants before being reassigned to the Spurce Grove Saints of the AJHL.

Vancouver's roster is now set at 23 players with 14 forward, 7 defencemen, and 2 goaltenders.
