Utah's Denny Fined, Suspended

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL on Monday announced that Utah's Chad Denny has been fined an undisclosed amount and suspended for one game for his actions in ECHL Game #25, Bakersfield at Utah, on Oct. 22.

Denny received a major penalty for boarding and game misconduct at 18:25 of the second period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

Denny missed Utah's game against Bakersfield on Oct. 23.
