U.S. National Under-17 Team Edged by Finland, 5-4, in OT

FORT ST. JOHN, British Columbia - Scott Reedy (Prior Lake, Minn.) potted a pair of goals but it was not enough as the U.S. National Under-17 Team fell, 5-4, to Finland during overtime of the fifth-place game at the 2015 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.

With the loss, the U.S. National Under-17 Team finishes 3-1-0-1 (W-L-OTW-OTL), placing sixth at the 2015 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge. The tournament concludes Saturday (Nov. 7). Full event standings and results can be found here.

Notes: For his two-goal performance, Scott Reedy was named U.S. Player of the Game for the second time during the World U17 Challenge. He leads Team USA in tournament scoring with six goals and three assists for nine points ... The U.S. was six-for-six on the penalty kill in today's contest and finished the event with an 82.1 penalty-kill percentage ... Team USA was one-for-six on the power play this afternoon and closed the tournament with a 21.1 power-play percentage.
