Traverse City, MI - The Pit Spitters lost their five-game win streak and three-game win streak over Kenosha in a 12-0 loss on Friday.
The two teams split the season series 6-6, with each team getting one sweep.
After five scoreless innings, Kenosha broke out with a three-run sixth, a six-run seventh and a three-run eighth.
For back-to-back nights, Traverse City only managed three hits. The only three hits tonight were from the players who had the only three hits last night: Tito Flores, Chris Monroe and Crews Taylor.

The Pit Spitters return home for a big series with the Kokomo Jackrabbits. The Jackrabbits lead the second half by three games and the overall standings by two.
