Chattanooga Lookouts News Release
The Lookouts got one big swing and outstanding pitching in their 4-3 win over Jackson Wednesday. Randy LeBlanc gave up a first inning home run then shut the door on the Generals for his third win of the season. Omar Bencomo would work the last two innings plus for his second save on the year. Meanwhile the Looks Edgar Corcino stepped to the plate with one out and bases juiced in the seond inning. He walloped a drive off the score board in right field and the score changed quickly. The Generals got a run in the third but were turned away with two double plays and timely defense the rest of the game. The Smokies come to town on Thursday and LH-Lewis Thorpe will face a yet to be announced opponent at 7:15 EDT. Hear the games at MiLB.com and on REAL 96.1 at 7:00 EDT.
