Jackson, Tenn. -- In coordination with the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Jackson Generals announced today the addition of outfielder Jay Gonzalez to their active roster. In a separate roster move, Generals infielder Marty Herum was placed on the 7-day disabled list at Jackson. Jackson's active roster now sits at 25 players. Gonzalez will be active today and is expected to be available for the Generals' game against Chattanooga.
