
Two chances to see the K-Wings this weekend

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud member of the United Hockey League and 2005-06 Central Division, Tarry Cup and Colonial Cup Champions, announce their appearance schedule for the upcoming weekend.
Kalamazoo's Harold Zeigler Auto Group K-Wings Karavan, along with everyone's favorite mascot Slappy will be in Paw Paw this Saturday, December 2nd for the 28th Annual Paw Paw Children's Christmas Parade.
The parade will commence at 10 a.m. and travel from Public Works Building to Commercial Avenue and end at Kalamazoo Avenue.
On Sunday, K-Wings players and front office staff will be at Old Burdick's, located in the Radisson Plaza, 100 West Michigan Avenue, trading in their skates for bibs for a Chicken Wing Eating Contest. The event will run from 2-4 p.m. and feature 2-person teams. Individuals looking to sign-up for the competition can contact Old Burdick's Bar and Grill at (269) 343-0032. Admission for the contest is $20 per team.
