Two Assigned To Chiefs

Johnstown, PA - The Johnstown Chiefs announced today that rookie forward Rob Drummond has been assigned to the team from the Lake Erie Monsters (AHL) and goaltender Mike Brown has been assigned by the Providence Bruins (AHL).

Drummond, 21, appeared in the Chiefs first fifteen games of the season where he scored 7 goals and 11 points. He played in seven games for Lake Erie posting one assist.

Brown, 22, played in nine games for Providence going 6-2-0. He played in one game for the Chiefs this season suffering a loss.

Both Drummond and Brown are expected to be in the Chiefs line up Friday night.

The Chiefs have two games prior to the Christmas Break as they host the Cincinnati Cyclones Friday and Saturday night at 7:00 p.m.

Friday night is PA Lottery FREE scratch ticket night as the first 1,500 people ages 18 and over through the gate will receive a free scratch ticket from the PA Lottery.

Saturday night, aggressive hockey is back in town as Johnstown's most famous goon line, the Hanson Brothers will be attendance signing autographs and taking pictures with fans.
