Pensacola Ice Pilots News Release

PENSACOLA, FL - The Ice Pilots celebrated an overtime win on Teddy Bear Toss Night and when Erik Fabian scored the game's first goal in the opening period, stuffed animals rained down on the Civic Center ice.

The Ice Pilots collected over 450 new stuffed animals from its annual Teddy Bear Toss game against Mississippi on Friday, December 14.

Dan Sullivan of the Ice Pilots, Ice Man and the Cat Country mascot delivered teddy bears and stuffed animals to children at Sacred Heart Hospital on Monday, December 17. While the Ice Pilots team is on the East Coast with games this week, injured star IP player Dan Sullivan and Ice Man filled in admirably and helped to brighten the day of many kids at the hospital. The team has more stuffed animals to deliver in the next week.

Don't miss the hard hitting, exciting action, as the Ice Pilots' next home game is Wednesday, December 26 at 7:05 p.m. vs. Mississippi at the Civic Center. All Kids 12 and under will enjoy a free hot dog. 2007-2008 Season Tickets, Mini Plans, and Military Packages are still available through the Ice Pilots office.
