Tulsa's Michel Beausoleil Named Oakley CHL Player of the Week

TEMPE, AZ (February 28, 2011) -The Central Hockey League announced today that Tulsa forward Michel Beausoleil has been named the Oakley Central Hockey League Player of the Week for the period ending February 27, 2011.

Beausoleil was a key component in his team's 2-0 week beating Mississippi both times. The Montreal native scored three goals with one assist in the two contests for the Oilers registering the overtime game winner in Saturday's 3-2 win and scoring twice (including the game-tying goal) in Friday's 6-5 victory.

CHL Scoring Leaders

The veteran forward has been on fire lately scoring five goals with five assists over his last six games, Oilers are 5-1-0 in those contests. On the season, Beausoleil has 21 goals and 24 assists in 48 games.
