
Tuesday's B-Mets Game Postponed

Binghamton Rumble Ponies News Release
Tuesday's Binghamton Mets game against the Connecticut Defenders has been postponed because of rain at Dodd Stadium in Norwich, Connecticut.
Binghamton was also rained out at Connecticut on May 9th. That contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, May 31st, with the first game starting at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday's postponement will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday, July 8th with Game One beginning at 5:05 p.m. All doubleheader contests are slated for seven innings.
Wednesday, the Binghamton Mets resume their series against Connecticut. Lefty Jonathon Niese (2-4, 4.19) will start for the B-Mets against Joey Martinez (2-3, 2.68) of Connecticut. The first pitch is slated for 6:35 p.m. with the radio broadcast starting at 6:20 on Newsradio 1290 WNBF.
