Tornadoes And Pride's Suspended Game To Resume At 5:30pm On Friday

Nashua, NH -- The game between the Worcester Tornadoes and Nashua Pride scheduled for Wednesday night, July 9, has been suspended in the top of the 4th inning with the score tied, 2-2, due to rain and wet and dangerous field conditions.

The game will be resumed in the top of the 4th inning and played through its nine-inning completion on Friday, July 11, as part of a doubleheader in Worcester, with the regularly scheduled game to follow and set for seven innings. The start time for the completion of the suspended game on Friday, July 11, will be 5:30pm. Game Two, the regularly scheduled game, will start approximately 25 minutes after the conclusion of Game One, and will be set for 7 innings. The Tornadoes and Pride will now play back-to-back doubleheaders, as they already have a twinbill scheduled for Thursday, July 10, at Hanover Insurance Park, starting at 6:05pm.
