- RHP Adrian Martinez placed on Fort Wayne's Temporarily Inactive List (death in family)

- LHP Travis Radke transferred from Extended Spring Training to Fort Wayne (will wear uniform #30)

Effective Monday, April 9, 2018

- RHP Joe Galindo transferred from Fort Wayne to Extended - RHP Will Stillman transferred from Fort Wayne to Extended

- RHP Caleb Boushley transferred to Fort Wayne from Extended (will wear uniform #14)

- RHP Spencer Kulman transferred to Fort Wayne from Extended (will wear uniform #21)
