Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Lake County Captains (affiliate of the Cleveland Indians) in the first game of a four-game series. The Dragons opened the season with four games against Bowling Green, losing the first three before winning on Sunday.

Last night: Sunday: Dayton 4, Bowling Green 2. The Dragons rallied back from a 2-0 deficit, scoring four runs in the bottom of the eighth to win and salvage a victory in the four-game set. Morgan Lofstrom drove in the tie-breaking run with a two-out infield single and John Ghyzel pitched a scoreless ninth inning for the save. Jeter Downs had three hits for Dayton. John Sansone added two hits including a big double in the eighth.

Jeter Downs and Stuart Fairchild have each had at least one hit in each of the Dragons first four games.

The Dragons have held a lead in three of their four games. In two of the four games, the team trailing after seven innings came back to win the game (Dragons are 1-1 in those games).

After four games, the Dragons lead the league in stolen bases with eight. They are tied for the league lead in extra base hits with 11 and doubles with eight.
