
Tides rally for 6-5 win over Indians

Bradenton, Fla. -- Norfolk rallied for four runs in the middle innings to tally a 6-5 victory over Indianapolis Tuesday afternoon at Pirate City in Bradenton, Fla.
The Indians grabbed the lead in the fifth frame thanks to 2B Luis Ordaz's (2-for-3, 1 HR, 2 RBI) solo home run and DH Yurendell de Caster's (1-for-4, 1 2B, 2 RBI) two-run double. The Tides responded with a two-run sixth inning and held the Tribe scoreless over the last four innings.
Tides RHP Victor Moreno (2.0 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 3 BB) entered the contest in the fifth frame and earned the win, while RHP Michael Doyne (2.0 IP) was credited with the save. Indians RHP Kevin Gryboski (2.0 IP, 2 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 2 SO) was pinned with the loss.
NOTE: RHP Josh Sharpless was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday morning, while OF Michael Ryan and C Einar Diaz were re-assigned to Minor League camp.
