Thursday's Series Opener at Potomac Postponed

WOODBRIDGE, Va. - Thursday's game between the Myrtle Beach Pelicans and the Potomac Nationals has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday.

The Pelicans will start RHP Jonathan Martinez (3-4, 5.08 ERA) in the first game of the doubleheader, with RHP Zach Hedges (6-4, 2.25 ERA) getting the nod in the second game. Both games will be seven innings. Coverage of Friday's doubleheader will begin at 4:45 p.m. on MyrtleBeachPelicans.com/Broadcast, the MiLB First Pitch app and TuneIn.
