Wichita, KS - The Wichita Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Edmonton Oilers, AHL's Bakersfield Condors and powered by Toyota, announced today the signing of forward Ryan Van Stralen.
Van Stralen, 24, recently attended Carleton University (USport) for the last four years. A native of Prescott, Ontario, the 6-foot-3, 207-pound forward played in 97 career games for the Ravens, recording 93 points (48g, 45a) and 226 penalty minutes.
