Thunder Acquires Cedric Bernier from Arizona

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League today announced that the Wichita Thunder has acquired forward Cedric Bernier. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Cedric Bernier appeared in three games with Arizona this season prior to being placed on the 30-day IR with an injury.
The 6-2, 210-pound native of Beauport City, Quebec split the 2006-07 season with the Florida Seals of the SPHL and Arizona. In 13 games with the Sundogs last season, Bernier tallied one goal and 31 penalty minutes.
The Southwest Division-leading Sundogs take on the Laredo Bucks tonight at the Laredo Entertainment Center. Game time is set for 6:30pm (Arizona time) but will be tape-delayed until 7:00pm on 96.7 FM The Wolf, the Official Broadcast Home of the Arizona Sundogs.
