The Setup: Pigs Look to Get Back on Track in Toledo

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs look to even their four-game set in Toledo tonight at 7:05 p.m.

PITCHING MATCHUP It's a battle of lefties in Toledo as Ranger Suarez gets the ball for the Pigs against Matt Hall. The pitching matchup is presented by Allentown Family Foot Care, which provides the latest in medical and surgical treatments of the entire foot and ankle. Learn more at affc.com.

Suarez earned his first Triple-A victory last time out for the Pigs. He has made two starts since his May promotion from Double-A Reading. In his last start against Buffalo, he went five shutout innings and struck out three. Hall is making his second Triple-A start after beginning the season in Double-A. Hall was 5-2 in 27 games with four starts. Hall struck out 76 in 57 innings while allowing only 33 hits.

LAST GAME The Pigs fell 4-3 Thursday night in Toledo. Dean Anna brought in the first run of the game with an RBI single and was chased home one batter later on triple by Collin Cowgill. Drew Anderson tossed seven innings of two-run ball but received a no-decision as Toledo plated three in the eighth to pull ahead. Click here to read a full recap

HEAD-TO-HEAD The Mud Hens took game one of the series and now lead the season series against the Pigs 3-1. Toledo took two out of three from the Pigs when they came to Coca-Cola Park in June.

Last season, the Pigs and Mud Hens split their six-game season series with each team winning two out of three at home. The IronPigs have not lost a season series to the Mud Hens since 2010 when Toledo took three out of five from Lehigh Valley.
