The Story:

The Lions will face off with the New York Red Bulls for the second time in the 2023 campaign, having taken a 1-0 shutout victory at Exploria Stadium in the respective season opener for both sides.

City steps into Saturday's match seeking to extend its current unbeaten run to five matches while also looking for its fourth-consecutive victory across all competitions against the Red Bulls.

Defender Kyle Smith scored his first goal of the 2023 campaign in the side's last outing against Atlanta United in what served as his fourth finish in purple.
