Team Radio to Pick Up Heat's Game 7 Broadcast

ABBOTSFORD BC - The Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League is pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement with TEAM RADIO 1410 AM to broadcast Game Seven of their 2010 Calder Cup North Division Semi-Final series with the Rochester Americans. Game Seven of this series will take place on Tuesday afternoon, April 27, 2010, with the HONDA WAY pregame show kicking off the festivities at 3:50 PM, PDT. Dave Sheldon will have the call of all the HEAT hockey action at 4:05 PM.

"The Abbotsford Heat has a wonderful relationship with Rogers Radio and Country 107.1 FM," states Heat Director of Communications and Broadcast Dave Sheldon. "With their assistance, we have reached an agreement with TEAM RADIO 1410 AM to simulcast our broadcast. We would like to thank Country 107.1 FM for their help in getting more hockey fans tuned into Abbotsford Heat hockey."

The Heat is currently tied 3-3 in their best of seven AHL North Division Semi Final Series with the Rochester Americans. Game Seven will take place at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York. Abbotsford forced a seventh and deciding game with a convincing 5-1 victory in Rochester this past Sunday evening. The Heat is 4-1 this season in Rochester, including 2-1 in this year's 2010 Calder Cup Playoffs.
