
Syracuse Chiefs Homestand Highlights - April 28th-May 4th

The Syracuse Chiefs are back at NBT Bank Stadium Thursday to open a seven-game homestand. The Chiefs will host the Pawtucket Red Sox and Rochester Red Wings, the Triple-A affiliates of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins. The homestand will feature at least two Major-League rehab assignments with Ben Revere of the Nationals joining the Chiefs and Eduardo Rodriguez of the Red Sox scheduled to start Thursday.
Thursday, April 28th (6:35 vs. Pawtucket): The homestand opens with the second $1 Thursday of the year, presented by 95X. Chiefs fans can experience the joy of great concession deals with $1 Hofmann hot dogs, $1 Coca-Cola products and $2 Saranac, Labatt, Coors and 1911 Hard Cider products. In addition, Thursday is Ugly Sweater Night. Dress to impress with your best ugly sweater. LHP Eduardo Rodriguez is scheduled to start for the PawSox on a rehab assignment.
Friday, April 29th (6:35 vs. Pawtucket): Day two of the homestand features the second Fireworks Friday of the season sponsored by 93Q. It also gives fans the first chance to get some great autographs during the weekend. NFL running back and former Onondaga High School football star Latavius Murray will be signing autographs from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the concourse. Fans can also enter a raffle to win a signed Latavius Murray jersey, canvas, and mini helmet, with all proceeds (including the night's 50/50 raffle) going to the CNY Football Academy.
Saturday, April 30th (1:05 vs. Pawtucket): The final day in April is a Super Saturday, and gives fans a chance to complete our three-part Coca-Cola fleece giveaways with a Coca-Cola fleece scarf. The day's festivities also feature the first of two Bark in the Park days this season. Fans can bring their dogs out to the game for only $5, with all proceeds benefiting local rescue groups.
Sunday, May 1st (1:05 vs. Pawtucket): The PawSox series wraps up with a NBT Bank Family Sunday, where children 12 and under can purchase $2 tickets and run the bases after the game presented by Wegmans. In addition, Sunday is Pack the Park for ALS Day presented by the Lowery Brothers Dealerships. The day features two special autograph sessions for fans. First, 18-year MLB veteran Mike Timlin will make a spacial appearance and sign autographs from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., and then again from 1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Fans will also have an opportunity to Meet the Chiefs, with an autograph session with this year's players and coaches after the game.
Monday, May 2nd (6:35 vs. Rochester): The Rochester series begins with a BlueRock Energy Social Media Monday. Fans can win a Cecil Fielder autographed baseball, four Chiefs tickets, four adjustable chiefs hats or a Chiefs parking pass courtesy of BlueRock Energy. Tuesday, May 3rd (6:35 vs. Rochester): Tuesday, the Chiefs/Red Wings series continues on a Two-For Tuesday, presented by 105.9 The Rebel. Every Tuesday at home this season, fans can enjoy great concession deals. This Tuesday, two hot-dog baskets are available for the price of one.
Wednesday, May 4th (10:35 a.m. vs. Rochester): Finally the homestand wraps up Wednesday with Education Day presented by NYS 529. Students, teachers and administrators can come to the game for just $3 if they register before the April 29th deadline with the Chiefs groups department. The first 3,000 students will receive a draw-string bag courtesy of NYS 529. The winner's of this year's poster project will be honored during the game. In addition, fans can take home great prizes on another Winning Wednesday sponsored by Turning Stone Resort & Casino. Fans can exchange their ticket stub for a ticket of equal or lesser value any time the Chiefs win a Wednesday home game.
