The Hagerstown Suns (27-32) game with the Lakewood Blueclaws (28-30) was rained out Friday evening due to steady rain all day long. The game was called off at 5:30pm in conjunction with a joint decision of the umpires and both managers. The game will not be made up since the two teams will not face each other again in the first half of the season.

The Suns resume their homestand tomorrow night vs. the Lake County Captains, affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. Tomorrow's game features Maryland's BEST Fireworks Show, courtesy of American Radiology and Sports Radio WEPM 1340am. Game time is set for 7:05pm. The Suns also play at home on Sunday (1:35pm) and Monday (7:05pm).
The Hagerstown Suns are the Class A Affiliate of the San Francisco Giants and are owned by Mandalay Baseball Entertainment of Los Angeles, California.
