
Summer Street Crunch Rescheduled For September 18

Syracuse, NY (September 9, 2004) â The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they have rescheduled the rained-out Summer Street Crunch from August 21 for September 18.
On Saturday, September 18 the Summer Street Crunch program will be held at P & C Stadium from 9 â 12 p.m.
The 2004 Summer Street Crunch program is a series of street hockey games open to all youths between the ages of 5-14 years old.
On selected days throughout the summer, a tournament is held in which two (2) teams from two (2) age groups (5-9, 10-14) compete against each other in an hour long street hockey game. Helmets, sticks and sneakers (no skates) are required.
Registration for the tournament is only $8 per player. To register call the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444 ext. 138.
Registration includes the following:
*A roster spot for one game.
*An official Street Crunch t-shirt.
*A youth ticket to the second home game of the Crunch's upcoming 2004-05 season.
*All participants will be honored on the ice during an award ceremony at the game.
Season tickets and partial plans for the 2004-05 season are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444 or by stopping by the Crunch office in the War Memorial at Oncenter.
