Biloxi Shuckers News Release
HUNTSVILLE, AL - The Milwaukee Brewers have announced the following roster move that affect the Biloxi Shuckers roster prior to today's 1:10 p.m. series finale against the Mobile BayBears at Joe Davis Stadium.
Mike Strong, LHP, Reinstated from the 7-day disabled list
Strong, 26, a member of the Brewers' 40-man roster, was placed on the disabled list on April 26. In six relief appearances for the left-hander, he has yielded just one run on three hits over 11.1 innings pitched, striking out 12 and walking seven. Strong hasn't allowed a run in each of his last six relief outings. Strong ranks second among Southern League relievers in opponents' batting average, limiting the opposition to an .083 average (3x36).
